NHPE20002 Foundations of Health Professional Education

Course details

The students in this course will examine the theoretical and philosophical basis for facilitating learner-centred approaches in health professional education. A range of learning models will be explored, applicable to the diverse groups of learners in health professionals┐ learning environments. The aim is to enhance students┐ ability to recognise learning and teaching opportunities, and to develop strategies for inclusive practice, as well as reflective practice, as students develop, implement and evaluate educational initiatives.
