BLSV13025 Performance-Based Legislation

Course details

The course develops knowledge of performance in the context of the Building Code of Australia. Students will gain an understanding of the various Assessment Methods in the BCA for determining if alternative solutions satisfy Building Code Performance Requirements. N.B. Students should have completed introductory Building Legislation to ensure an adequate level of entry knowledge.
