ALLH13001 Pharmacotherapy for Health Professionals

Course details

On successful completion of this course students should be able to demonstrate the process of taking a medication history and reviewing a patient's medication. They will be able to provide counselling to clients about their health care. They will have knowledge of herbal and complementary medicines and be able to discuss the importance of evidence-based medicine. At residential school students will assess the role of the allied health professional when dealing with drug related issues in community settings.
