PROP20001 Real Property Valuation

Course details

This course presents approaches to real property valuation and property market analysis. The theory and principles underlying the process of property valuation and the valuation process are covered. Emphasis is placed on the importance of property market analysis and is examined in the context of accepted valuation approaches. Assessment will include a valuation exercise and require a report for a residential property to be produced.
