Course details

To survive in an increasingly competitive and dynamic environment managers will need to create innovative, change-ready organisations that are able to thrive and maximise their performance. This course critically examines innovation in its different forms and some change management strategies for creating and sustaining innovative organisations. This course examines ways of designing, implementing and measuring change and innovation. Managers seeking to create ongoing innovation capabilities within their organisations will benefit from this course.
