On Campus Support
When on campus, you can dial extension 9233 for immediate Service Centre support. If you require assistance with viewing your ISL lecture please dial extension 2020.
Rockhampton
IT support is available at the Library reception located on the ground floor of building 10 from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
Bundaberg/Gladstone/Mackay
Basic IT support is available from the Library staff at all regional campus Libraries.
