This is a help page with information relevant to the Courses Portlet within the Student Portal.
This information can be edited from the CMS Administration interface and possibly a few others.
CMS_INFORMATION is the table being edited.
AND PORTAL_COURSES_HELP is the key identifier. Don't ever change this!
